Job summary

St Basil's Randwick is seeking Registered Nurses for morning and night shifts to deliver patient-centered care in a warm, supportive team.

You will work with the care team to uphold dignity and independence, document accurately, and participate in pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing is required.
• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Experience coordinating care and supervising staff.
• Full Australian work rights with no restrictions.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role inenhancing the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality clinical careand ensuring a positive resident experience.

Working collaboratively with the care team, you will supportresidents to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing whilepromoting dignity, respect and independence. You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care in line with the Aged Care QualityStandards, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and fostering apositive team culture.

About You

You are passionate about improving outcomes for older peopleand have an understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelorof Nursing
• CurrentAHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
