Job summary

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join Niola Residential Aged Care based in Parkes. You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care that supports residents to live well with dignity and purpose.

You'll build meaningful relationships, assess and respond to changing care needs, develop and review care plans, and provide leadership and support to care staff. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team that lives our values every day.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience supervising or supporting care teams.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, person-centred approach.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope.

Competitive hourly rate from $47.13 to $56.87 + superannuation and salary packaging benefits based on your years of RN experience.
