BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Menangle is seeking a Registered Nurse for a casual/temporary role at Durham Green Manor. You will lead a care team, deliver person-centred clinical care, and support residents and their families in a friendly, inclusive environment.

About the Role:

Located at Menangle, Durham Green Manor Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour, care and support to residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do and inspiring your team to do the same. In understanding the unique needs and preferences of each resident in your care, you’ll deliver best practice clinical care that leads with heart. You’ll develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your resident and their loved ones whilst supervising and leading your team.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $45.64 - $55.27/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
