Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in a clinical leadership role and ability to work with a team
- Understand requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care teams in the aged care setting
- Deliver best practice clinical care with compassionate, person-centred approach
- Develop genuine connections with residents and their loved ones
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
