Job summary

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Griffith in the Riverina region is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our permanent full-time team. You will deliver safe, patient-centred care across surgical, medical and specialty services and work with nursing, medical and allied health colleagues to support positive outcomes.

You will hold current AHPRA registration with at least three years in acute care, be flexible for day and night shifts, and contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

About the role

Deliver safe, patient-centred and evidence-based care that meets individual patient needs and goals. Provide quality nursing care across a diverse range of surgical, medical and specialty services. Work collaboratively with nursing, medical and allied health teams to support positive patient outcomes. Promote quality, safety and service excellence through effective clinical practice and continuous improvement. Develop your clinical skills through professional development, teaching, mentoring and leadership opportunities.

About you
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 3 years’ acute care nursing experience
  • Flexible and willing to work a range of shift patterns, including days and nights
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Passionate about delivering quality, patient-centred care and making a genuine difference to patients’ lives
  • ENT, Neurology, Cardiology or Urology experience highly regarded
  • Working Holiday Visa holders must have 6+ months remaining
