Job summary

Ozcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for our clients in a dedicated aged care setting. You will coordinate client care needs, perform assessments, and develop individualized Care Plans to support positive outcomes across the care team.

You will assist the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments, and provide supervision to Care Assistants, while liaising with clients and families for optimal care delivery.

Your Role

Role Requirements

• Be vaccinated against Influenza & have received at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine


• National Police Check (valid within the past 3 years)


• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)


• Current CPRCertificate


• Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge


• Sound clinical knowledge
