As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred care to residents within the village. This is a meaningful, hands‑on role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of residents every day. Working as part of a collaborative care team, registered nurses are responsible for clinical assessments care planning and supporting sound clinical decision‑making to meet each resident’s individual needs. This role also provides supervision of, guidance and delegation to Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, ensuring care is delivered safely, respectfully and in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.
