LDK Seniors Living is seeking a part-time Clinical Educator to support education, training and mentoring across our care teams. The role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, education and quality improvement to ensure safe, person-centred care.

The Landingscomprises220 architecturally designed one, two and three -bedroom villas and apartments. As a Clinical Educator, you will support the development and capability of LDK’s care workforce through the delivery of high-quality education, training and mentoring. This role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, education and quality improvement, ensuring care teams are equipped to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
Working closely with the National Care Education Manager and Village Care teams, you will deliver education programs, support competency development and contribute to continuous improvement across care services.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on embedding best practice, strengthening clinical capability and supporting consistent care delivery across all villages.
Please note that this is apart-time position requiring availability to work two rostered shifts per week on an ongoing basis.
Support compliance with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards through training and competency development. Contribute to audit readiness and quality improvement.
Partner with Village Care teams and Clinical Leaders to support training delivery and capability uplift. Mentor staff to translate learning into practice.
