Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care for Residents at Buderim Views on the Sunshine Coast. You will assess, plan, implement, deliver and evaluate evidence-based care in collaboration with health and allied services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Aged Care.
• Owns strong written and verbal communication in English.

The Job:

As a Registered Nurse you will use your clinical skills to deliver a person-centred care and service delivery for all Residents. Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for Residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.

Buderim Views is a 120 bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
