Job summary

Amplar Health is expanding its community nursing service in Adelaide, offering permanent full-time and part-time roles for Registered Nurses. You will deliver hospital-level care at home, with a focus on autonomy, patient-centred care and strong clinical judgment.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration, have acute experience in hospital or community settings, and be prepared for a rotating 7-day roster. Amplar Health provides support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• 2 Years’ recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting.
• IV Medication Administration.
• PICC management Cannulation competent (not essential).
• Experience in chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy.
• Continence management.

Responsibilities

• Provide community nursing care autonomously with a patient-centred approach.
• Deliver a broad range of nursing care and interventions in home settings.
• Spot client deterioration and escalate as required.
• Collaborate with coordination team to implement care plans.
• Record patient progress and outcomes accurately.

Your Role

You’ll work on arotating 7-day roster between 7am and 10pm, with flexibility where possible andno night shifts.

With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach and can spot client deterioration.

You will also have;
