Job summary

Medibank Private Limited, expanding Amplar Health in Victoria, seeks an unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse to deliver community nursing across a 7 day roster. You will provide personalised care, spot client deterioration, and work autonomously within a supportive team.

Chronic wound care, PICC care, cannulation, and strong clinical reasoning are highly valued, with opportunities in FT or PT roles and modern tech tools to support your practice.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse with ability to demonstrate recent acute experience.
• Wound care, PICC care/dressing/removal and cannulation skills are highly desired.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a positive mindset; continence and paediatric experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide community nursing across a 7 day rotating roster between 7am and 10pm.
• Deliver personalised nursing care and monitor client deterioration in home or community settings.
• Utilise modern technology and maintain high clinical standards across Amplar Health services.

Our nurses work autonomously across a 7 day rotating roster in the community between 7am and 10pm. We offer both part and full time opportunities.

Our team is expanding across Western Victoria and Geelong region . As an unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse you will need to demonstrate recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting and have the ability to spot client deterioration. Our nurses are the backbone of our business, a community role is personally rewarding coupled with flexibility and autonomy.

Chronic wound care and negative pressure experience, PICC care/dressing/removal and cannulation skills are highly desired along with strong clinical reasoning skills and a positive mindset. Continence and paediatric experience will be highly regarded.
