Job summary

Migration Unity is hiring a Registered Migration Agent for a fully remote, Australia-wide role. You will manage visa matters from preparation through to lodgement and decision for businesses and individuals, with support from a dedicated legal assistant and access to LEGENDcom and other software.

You will provide compliant migration advice, draft submissions, and guide clients through evidentiary requirements while meeting deadlines and maintaining meticulous case notes.

Qualifications

• Current MARN
• At least 3 years' experience in a migration role
• Strong knowledge of employer sponsored, skilled and partner visas
• Proficient in LEGENDcom
• High attention to detail and strong organisation
• Confident with digital systems and remote collaboration tools

Registered Migration Agent - Work From Home!

NOTE: We're accepting applicants located anywhere in Australia.

About the role

We are continuing to grow fast and have just created a new and exciting RMA case management role to expand our team. You will manage visa matters from preparation through to lodgement and decision for both businesses and individual applicants, making sure every application is thorough, accurate and in line with legislative requirements.

You will work with an experienced legal assistant who will handle administration, document organisation, and drafting, so you can focus on the technical and advisory side.

The team collaborates through Microsoft Teams, and all systems and tools are provided.

Key responsibilities

Provide accurate, compliant migration advice to clients

Prepare and lodge visa, sponsorship, nomination and skills assessment applications

Draft submission letters where required

Guide clients through evidentiary requirements and documentation

Manage client files and maintain clear case notes

Liaise professionally with businesses, applicants and other stakeholders

Meet deadlines and manage your caseload efficiently

Keep current with legislation and policy changes

Work in line with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct on every file

About you

Current MARN

At least 3 years' experience in a similar migration role

Strong working knowledge of employer sponsored, skilled and partner visas

Sound understanding and proficiency in using LEGENDcom

High attention to detail and strong organisation

Confidence with digital systems and remote collaboration tools

Base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 plus 12% super, with uncapped quarterly performance bonuses

Total package potential including bonuses is $120,000 to $150,000+.

MARA registration, PII and CPDs paid in full

Dedicated legal assistant support for drafting and organisation

Migration Manager, LEGENDcom and all software subscriptions provided

Ongoing mentoring and support from a team with over 100+ years of combined migration experience
