Job summary

ESI Global is seeking a full-time Registered Migration Agent to join its in-house team in Sydney CBD, Australia. The successful candidate will provide migration advice, manage client matters from consultation through to decision, and work closely with education counsellors and support staff.

Requires OMARA registration and at least 3 years of migration experience, with strong knowledge of migration legislation and professional independence.

Qualifications

• Current OMARA registration and MARN
• Experience handling Australian migration matters independently
• Strong knowledge of Migration Agents Code of Conduct

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ circumstances and provide tailored visa advice
• Manage visa matters from consultation to lodgement and decision
• Prepare and review applications and supporting evidence
• Communicate with clients and relevant authorities
• Maintain accurate case notes and records
• Keep up to date with migration legislation and policy changes
• Guide staff on document preparation and when specialist input is needed
• Identify high-risk matters and arrange specialist input
