Job summary

John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle is seeking Registered Midwives to join our woman‑centred postnatal team. This is a dynamic opportunity to support women and their babies as they transition from hospital to home, providing holistic care, breastfeeding support, and empowering families with confidence.

We offer permanent and temporary roles, full and part time, up to 38 hours per week, with a competitive hourly remuneration of $41.22–$57.88 plus 12% super and salary packaging.

As part of our postnatal team, you will play a vital role in helping women and their families confidently transition from hospital to home.
