Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Midwife to provide woman-centred, evidence-based midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

• A current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
• Commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values.
• Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
