Qualifications

• Registered Architect, recognised in Australia, with 10–15+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership of project teams and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across projects, people and business operations.
• Strengthen key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project performance, resourcing, profitability and delivery standards.
• Mentor Architects, Graduates and technical staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth objectives.
