- Proven ability to lead multi-residential projects end-to-end.
- Strong client and consultant management capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of high-quality multi-residential projects.
- Manage projects through all design and delivery phases.
- Coordinate clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Mentor and lead architects and graduates.
- Drive project outcomes, quality and programme management.
- Act as key link between Directors and project teams.
- Contribute to studio growth and leadership initiatives.
