Job summary
Core Talent Pty Ltd seeks an Associate/Senior Associate (Multi-Res) in Sydney to lead projects end-to-end, from design through to delivery. You will work with senior leadership to drive client relationships, secure new work and shape strategic growth for the practice.
You will manage project teams, mentor juniors, oversee budgets and present to clients, with a focus on design excellence and deliverability within a collaborative studio culture.

You will take a senior leadership role across project delivery, design, client management and business development.
Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will lead project teams through the full project lifecycle while contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. This role would suit an experienced Registered Architect who is confident working with clients, leading teams and identifying opportunities for new work.
- Lead projects through design, documentation and delivery stages
- Manage and develop strong client and consultant relationships
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams
- Oversee project budgets, fees, programmes and delivery
- Lead design presentations and client meetings
- Contribute to business development and securing new projects
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level architects
- Contribute to strategic planning and wider practice initiatives
- Support the continued growth and development of the studio
- 10+ years' experience within the architecture industry
- Registered Architect in Australia
- Proven experience leading projects from design through to delivery
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring project teams
- Strong understanding of project budgets, fees and commercial delivery
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong design capability with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects
- Experience contributing to business development and winning new work
- Commercially minded, proactive and confident approach
