Project Architect – Multi-Residential - Full Time

With studios in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, we’re recognised for design excellence, strong project delivery and a genuinely collaborative culture.

As our Brisbane studio continues to grow, we’re looking for talented Architects, Project Architects and Project Leaders to join the team and contribute to a strong pipeline of significant residential projects across Queensland and nationally.

Our residential work spans multi-residential, build-to-rent, social and affordable housing, mixed-use, townhouses and high-end residential, with a strong focus on architecture, liveability and enduring design outcomes.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced architectural professional who enjoys both design and delivery and wants genuine ownership of their projects.

Working closely with our Brisbane Studio Leader, Directors and senior team, you’ll be involved across projects from concept and planning through design development, documentation and construction.

Depending on your experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Shape and develop architectural design outcomes

• Lead projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams

• Work directly with clients and key stakeholders

• Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation

• Resolve complex design, planning and technical challenges

• Maintain design intent through documentation and construction

• Contribute to the continued growth and design culture of our Brisbane studio

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong design sensibility with practical project delivery experience.

You may already be working as an Architect, Project Architect, Project Leader or experienced Architectural Designer and looking for greater responsibility, stronger projects and the opportunity to play a meaningful role within a growing studio.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 6+ years' professional architectural experience in Australia

• Strong Revit capability

• Demonstrated experience in residential or multi-residential architecture

• Strong front-end design and design development capability

• Experience across documentation and construction stages

• Good knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant planning requirements

• Strong consultant coordination and project management skills

• Confidence communicating with clients and project stakeholders

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative studio environment

Experience across multi-residential, build-to-rent, mixed‑use, social and affordable housing or high‑end residential will be highly regarded.

Architect registration is welcomed but not essential.

Applicants must currently reside in Australia and have unrestricted Australian working rights.
