Job summary

MODE, a Brisbane-based multidisciplinary design practice, seeks an experienced Registered Architect to join the Brisbane Studio on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead design, documentation and construction outputs while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Australian registration, and knowledge of planning regulations. Proficiency in Revit and BIM is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Proven project coordination and delivery capability across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, design development and construction documentation across multiple sectors.
• Coordinate sub-consultants and approvals while ensuring compliance with codes and WHS requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and support studio operations including fee proposals and tenders.
