• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lead efficiency initiatives.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend fleet lifespan.

The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing our Victorian & Tasmanian workshops. As Regional Maintenance Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance and development of the Victorian workshops. The position will be based in Laverton North with the expectation to travel between Tasmania & Victoria regularly.

• Overseeing 3 workshops and ensuring maintenance is carried out in accordance with the fleet policy.
• Managing external suppliers & high-level warranty claims.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the Victorian Workshops.
• Mentoring Workshop Managers & foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading initiatives to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the fleet.

To be successful you will possess the following skills and experience.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance management.
• Heavy Diesel Trade certificate is required.
• Previous experience managing budgets & strong analytical skills.
• Experience with effective recruitment and management of team members.
• Above average computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, flexible and team orientated.
• Attention to detail & excellent written & interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel.
