Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 Victorian workshops and ensure maintenance aligns with fleet policy.
• Manage external suppliers and high-level warranty claims.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the Victorian Workshops.
• Mentor Workshop Managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lead efficiency initiatives.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend fleet lifespan.
