This role offers broad exposure across sites, budget accountability, and opportunities to implement process improvements. A strong manufacturing or service background in the automotive sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workshop management, ideally within the service or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Hands-on approach and familiarity with workshop safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety.
• Lead, motivate, and develop workshop teams to achieve operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the regional budget, resources, and compliance requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor key KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
