New Balance is seeking a values-driven, go-getter to join our Wholesale Team based at Moorabbin Head Office, covering North East VIC and Riverina NSW. You will manage accounts across footwear, apparel and accessories, drive strategic growth, and deliver product training to support engagement and sell-through.

The role requires travel, autonomy, and strong relationship-building skills, with proficiency in Excel and digital sales tools. We offer life insurance and a birthday day off as benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge of sportswear and running shoes.
• Strong drive and initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital sales tools.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts within your portfolio across footwear, apparel, accessories and equipment categories.
• Plan and manage strategic growth plans for key accounts and customer groups.
• Deliver product training and education programs to support customer engagement and sell-through.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasting activities, budgeting and reporting.
• Attend sales conferences and meetings.
