Job summary

Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated Field Merchandiser to support our regional NSW stores, including Tamworth, Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo. You will create eye-catching product displays, implement planograms and maintain high presentation standards across multiple locations.

In this role you’ll travel across the regional NSW store network, work with store teams to ensure promotions stand out and layouts are consistent with Sydney Tools’ merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or stock presentation is preferred but not essential.
• Able to travel regionally NSW across stores.
• Good eye for detail and presentation.
• Willing to learn and work with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Store Presentation: Maintain attractive, organised and professional product displays across allocated stores.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement planograms, merchandising guidelines and product layouts.
• Promotional Displays: Set up promotional campaigns, seasonal displays and point-of-sale materials.
• Product Placement: Ensure products are positioned correctly, clearly labelled and easy for customers to locate.
• Stock Presentation: Replenish shelves, organise merchandise and keep display areas neat and tidy.
• New Product Launches: Assist with introducing new products and updating store layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and retail teams to achieve consistent presentation standards.
• Quality & Consistency: Identify merchandising improvements and help maintain a high standard across the regional store network.
