Sydney Tools Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to support presentation and organisation across our Central Coast & Newcastle store network. You will help maintain merchandising standards, update displays, and ensure products are attractively presented for customers.

This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and keen to develop a career in retail merchandising within a growing family-owned business. Full-time in-store work with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Reliable, organised, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards within allocated store locations.
• Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays.
• Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials.
• Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays.
• Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team.
• Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates.
