Qualifications

• Experience as Venue Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager in high-volume venues.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate teams.
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, budgets, labour management and KPI tracking.
• Solid knowledge of gaming, liquor licensing, compliance and venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all venue operations including food and beverage service, team leadership, financial performance, compliance, customer experience and community engagement.
