Job summary

Hach is seeking an ANZ Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Aquafine & Viqua UV products across Industrial & Residential markets in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. You will develop targeted regional sales strategies, build a strong channel partner ecosystem, and translate UV requirements into tailored solutions for industrial end-users.

The role requires B2B technical sales experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, and a track record of achieving quotas.

Qualifications

B2B / technical sales experience in water treatment, UV, industrial equipment or adjacent industrial markets.
Proven quota attainment in a consultative, technically complex sales environment.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive regional revenue growth and achieve/exceed quota.
Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
Build relationships with distributors, dealers, channel partners, EPC/System Integrators and industrial end-users.
Partner with Product Management and Applications Engineering on customer requirements.
Acquire new customers and cultivate strategic partner relationships.
Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and KPIs.
Influence process engineers, procurement leaders and executives with clear technical value selling.
Plan and coordinate participation at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits to strengthen brand presence and accelerate deal progression.
