Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia is recruiting a Regional Training Lead to join our Allansford site near Warrnambool. You will influence training governance, competency assurance and compliance risk while partnering with operational leaders to shape workforce capability and training investment.

You will drive consistent standards, support audits, and champions safe, high-performing practices across the site. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience in manufacturing training are required,

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning, capability or competency management within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is essential.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety, quality or operational risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify and manage training and competency risks.
• Lead training needs analysis and prioritise capability initiatives based on risk and business impact.
• Drive ownership and accountability for training and compliance outcomes.
• Champion consistent training and competency standards across the site.
• Provide advice on audit readiness, compliance requirements and workforce capability gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness, competency frameworks and compliance activities.
• Manage training priorities, budgets and external training providers.
• Support audits and the resolution of training-related non-conformances.
