Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a part-time Training Coordinator to support the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program in the ACT region. You will act as the primary contact for registrars, supervisors, and practices, ensuring compliant and high-quality delivery of training across districts.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and planning skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
• Experience in health, education or training coordination settings.
• Tertiary qualification in relevant area is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, practices, and internal teams.
• Coordinate registrar placements and training activities in line with program requirements and community needs.
• Monitor and support training progress, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with policies.
• Lead and deliver key regional activities, including accreditation site visits, presenting at educational events, and providing training advice.
• Contribute to a high–performing team that promotes inclusivity, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
