• $104,700 + super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free for living expenses under the RACGP’s health promotion charity status
• Full time, permanent opportunity
• Canberra ACT location with 2 days onsite minimum and regular travel required across ACT and surrounding areas within NSW, including occasional travel to Wollongong and Sydney offices.

About the role

As a Training Coordinator, you will assume a critical member‑facing role in facilitating the effective delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program within your designated local region. Your role is central to connecting our stakeholders with the systems, people, and information they need. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for registrars, supervisors, and practice teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and providing expert guidance throughout every stage of the training journey.

You will report to the Training Coordination Team Leader, working closely with GP Medical Educators, Program Support Officers, regional and national teams to uphold compliance, quality, and excellence in service delivery.

• Develop strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, practices, and internal teams.
• Coordinate registrar placements and training activities in line with program requirements and community needs.
• Monitor and support training progress, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with policies.
• Lead and deliver key regional activities, including accreditation site visits, presenting at educational events, and providing training advice.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team that promotes inclusivity, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
