NSW – Training Coordinator (Canberra) at The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)
As a Training Coordinator, you will assume a critical member‑facing role in facilitating the effective delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program within your designated local region. Your role is central to connecting our stakeholders with the systems, people, and information they need. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for registrars, supervisors, and practice teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and providing expert guidance throughout every stage of the training journey.
You will report to the Training Coordination Team Leader, working closely with GP Medical Educators, Program Support Officers, regional and national teams to uphold compliance, quality, and excellence in service delivery.
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) represents GPs across Australia. For over 60 years, we’ve supported the health system by setting education and practice standards, advocating for GP wellbeing and leading professional development. We deliver training through community‑based models, including the Australian General Practice Training Program, to equip GPs for whole‑person care.
