Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology leadership with line-of-business experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership at scale in matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to apply technology to solve business problems.
• Experience with business processes (bids & tenders, order to cash) and their interface with ERP/CRM/MES.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional technology organization across Electrophysiology and Neurovascular.
• Translate business strategy into a multi-year product and platform roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Partner with regional leadership to accelerate digital and AI capabilities.
• Ensure compliant technology with cybersecurity and regulatory alignment.
