Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech ANZ team seeks a Manager, Technology to lead the electrophysiology and neurovascular portfolio. You will partner with regional leadership to shape growth, modernize platforms, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities for customers and patients.

You will build and lead a technology organization across multiple product lines, ensuring strategy translates into roadmaps, priorities, and tangible outcomes while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven technology leadership experience.
• Experience applying technology to strategic business needs and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Co-create regional technology strategy for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular aligned with MedTech goals; translate into a multi-year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes.
• Drive technology as a competitive advantage by accelerating innovation, simplification, and go-to-market agility across priority markets.
• Partner with regional leaders; identify opportunities and advise on transforming technology to unlock growth, efficiency and customer/patient value.
• Provide accountable technology leadership end-to-end for BU outcomes, aligning strategy, platforms, and execution across the regional value chain.
• Build compliant technology through strong partnerships with Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Privacy.
