Job summary

Lifeline Queensland, part of the Lifeline Retail network, is seeking a Regional Team Coordinator to link store, warehouse and management. You will handle administration, financial processing and project initiatives to boost revenue and service delivery across 120 stores in Queensland.

The role emphasizes supporting Regional Managers, driving compliance, and leading teams with a focus on mission alignment and community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Regional Business Manager/s with judgement and discretion.
  • Process general financial functions and record management supporting Regional Managers.
  • Assist with initiatives to improve services, communications, events, and efficiencies.
  • Coordinate operations administration to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Support reporting for WHS, rostering, accounts, and compliance activities.

Regional Team Coordinator | Lifeline Retail
  • Employment Term: Permanent Full Time
  • Location: Mackay
  • Remuneration: $31.11 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team

Acting as the integral link between the store, warehouse and the Regional Business Manager/s your accountabilities will include:

  • Provide a wide range of administrative support to Regional Business Manager/s which require a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Undertake the processing of a range of general financial functions and record management services to support the Regional Business Managers
  • Assist with the implementation of initiatives to improve our service offering such as Communications strategy, event management to maximise revenue potential and process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Coordinate and manage all facets of the operations administration to meet required deadlines and changing business priorities.
  • Support the Regional Business Manager/s in reporting and overseeing information provided for WHS, Workforce Reporting and Rostering, Accounts management and other compliance activities as .
  • Embrace the organisation’s mission, values and future directions.
  • Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time, meeting performance

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering and timekeeping principles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and mentor effective staff teams working within established budget, direction and guidelines.
