Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is recruiting a Regional Team Coordinator to bridge store, warehouse and regional management. You will manage administrative tasks, financial records, and reporting to support leadership across 120 stores and Lifeline services.

You will contribute to communications, events, rostering, and process improvements while upholding the organisation’s mission and values. This role offers a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing administrative support and confidential record handling.
  • Ability to process financial transactions and maintain records.
  • Demonstrated rostering and timekeeping experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Regional Business Manager/s with discretion.
  • Process a range of financial transactions and manage records for reporting.
  • Assist with initiatives to improve services, communications, events and efficiency.
  • Coordinate operations administration to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Support WHS, rostering, reporting and compliance activities as required.
  • Lead and mentor staff within budget and guidelines.

Remuneration: $31.11 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Lifeline team

Acting as the integral link between the store, warehouse and the Regional Business Manager/s your accountabilities will include:

  • Provide a wide range of administrative support to Regional Business Manager/s which require a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Undertake the processing of a range of general financial functions and record management services to support the Regional Business Managers
  • Assist with the implementation of initiatives to improve our service offering such as Communications strategy, event management to maximise revenue potential and process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Coordinate and manage all facets of the operations administration to meet required deadlines and changing business priorities.
  • Support the Regional Business Manager/s in reporting and overseeing information provided for WHS, Workforce Reporting and Rostering, Accounts management and other compliance activities as required.
  • Embrace the organisation’s mission, values and future directions.
  • Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time, meeting performance

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering and timekeeping principles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and mentor effective staff teams working within established budget, direction and guidelines.
