Job summary

EnergyCo NSW is seeking a Manager, Council Interface & Relations to lead stakeholder engagement between EnergyCo, local councils and communities across NSW’s renewable energy projects. This role drives open communication, fosters partnerships and guides regional outcomes.

You will shape government and community interactions, manage sensitive conversations, and support delivery teams across Renewable Energy Zones in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to regional locations and occasionally work outside core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between EnergyCo, councils and communities across Renewable Energy Zones.
• Influence strategic decisions and maintain EnergyCo’s social licence during major projects.
• Coordinate project delivery teams and ensure open communication with stakeholders.
• Translate complex information into clear messages for diverse audiences.
