Job summary

Daikin Australia is seeking a Strategic Service Manager to lead our service operations across QLD and the NT from the Murarrie office. You will balance hands-on field service with national strategic objectives to drive profitability and customer loyalty.

You will lead a high-performing team of technicians, ensuring operational excellence, quality service delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and business development.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in HVAC or similar, with 5–7 years in a management capacity
• 5–7 years in a management capacity and 3–5 years in a technical role desirable
• Strong understanding of HVAC, focusing on Applied Products – Chillers, Controls and Airside
• Proven ability to lead large service operations in a technical/OEM environment

Responsibilities

• Strategy development and execution for the region to become the leader in Applied Solutions in Australia
• Oversee service delivery including commissioning, maintenance, warranty and breakdown services
• Manage customer relationships and act as interface for product performance and quality
• Lead, coach and develop technicians to achieve regional performance objectives
