Job summary

Wilson Security is seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager to lead defence security services across Western Australia, overseeing a large multi-site workforce and liaising with Defence stakeholders. Reporting to the National Defence Operations Manager, you will drive performance, develop people and ensure safe, reliable, 24/7 services across metropolitan and regional WA sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations across geographically dispersed teams.

LEAD SECURITY OPERATIONS ACROSS WA'S DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE ESTATE

Wilson Security is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee security services across the Department of Defence portfolio in Western Australia.

This is an opportunity to lead a large, geographically dispersed workforce supporting some of Australia's most critical Defence facilities. Working closely with Defence stakeholders, operational leaders and support teams, you'll drive performance, develop people, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of a nationally significant security contract.

Reporting to the National Defence Operations Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring the safe, reliable and professional delivery of services across metropolitan and regional locations throughout Western Australia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead security operations across multiple Defence locations throughout WA.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are an experienced leader who can balance operational priorities, people leadership and client expectations in a complex environment.

Experience in security, Defence, facilities management, emergency services, government services or other complex operational environments will be highly regarded.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Australian Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) Security Clearance.
• Ability to meet Department of Defence access and probity requirements.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia.
