Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to cover MENA and APAC, providing accurate, timely in-region security support and building a strong regional presence. The role will drive incident response, travel risk management, and office security standards across the footprint.

You will establish and lead regional security operations, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and Workplace teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across in-region operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-region point of contact for security matters across MENA and APAC, advising regional leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams on security posture and risk.
• Own and continuously develop the regional security strategy, including travel risk management, incident response protocols, and office security standards across the footprint.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships across the region, measuring the performance of third-party contractors, guarding providers, and security service partners to ensure consistent delivery.
• Build and maintain local relationships with authorities, industry peers, and intelligence sources to strengthen situational awareness and early-warning capability.
• Lead regional incident response, ensuring rapid, locally-informed decision-making and escalation.
