Gallagher is seeking a Security Manager, Asia Pacific to deliver the Global Safety & Security program across the APAC region. You will provide operational leadership for physical security, employee safety, incident management, investigations, emergency preparedness, and travel risk management, across Australia and the region.

This role supports security strategy, coordinates with business stakeholders, and ensures security measures meet evolving regional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7+ years in corporate security, risk management or related field.
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and managing incidents.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of security standards, policies and programs across Asia Pacific.
• Identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect people, assets and operations.
• Monitor regional risk trends including crime and regulatory changes.
• Conduct security assessments, audits and risk reviews across locations.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and crises, including travel risk management.
