Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to cover MENA and APAC, building a robust in-region security program and serving as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams.

You will establish regional security presence, manage incidents, travel risk, vendor performance, and ensure regulatory readiness across offices and operations, working with the Head of Global Corporate Security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-region point of contact for security matters across MENA and APAC, advising regional leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams on security posture and risk.
• Own and continuously develop the regional security strategy, including travel risk management, incident response protocols, and office security standards across the footprint.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships across the region, measuring the performance of third-party contractors, guarding providers, and security service partners to ensure consistent delivery.
• Build and maintain local relationships with authorities, industry peers, and intelligence sources to strengthen situational awareness and early-warning capability.
• Lead regional incident response, ensuring rapid, locally-informed decision-making and escalation.
