Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to cover MENA and APAC, building a regional function and ensuring security posture. You will lead regional security strategy, travel risk management, and incident response while managing vendor relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Workplace teams, and global GCS leadership across time zones, driving readiness ahead of expansion into new markets. A strong network and autonomous work style are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of corporate/physical security experience in MENA and/or APAC.
• Strong regional network across law enforcement, government liaison, and vendor communities.
• Experience managing incident response, travel risk, and vendor relationships with on-time delivery.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary in-region security contact for MENA and APAC.
• Develop and own regional security strategy including travel risk management and incident response protocols.
• Lead vendor relationships and measure performance of security providers.
• Establish local relationships with authorities and intelligence sources for situational awareness.
• Oversee regional incident response with rapid decision-making and escalation.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness across in-region operations.
