Job summary

AQUAFINE – VERALTO is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – ANZ, Industrial & Residential to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Aquafine and Veralto UV products across industrial and residential markets in ANZ. This role focuses on developing regional sales strategies, building a robust channel partner ecosystem, and converting requirements into tailored solutions.

The position involves managing the full sales cycle, traveling up to 50%, and delivering strong forecasts, with success

Qualifications

• B2B / technical sales experience in water treatment or related industrial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical) or Business Administration.
• Proven quota attainment in a consultative, technically complex sales environment.
• Channel partner / distributor / dealer management experience.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• UV disinfection or water treatment experience highly regarded.
• English required; other languages advantageous.

• Influence process engineers, procurement leaders and executives with clear technical value selling.
• Plan and Coordinate participation at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits to strengthen brand presence and accelerate deal progression.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager – ANZ, Industrial & Residential to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Aquafine & Viqua UV products across Industrial & Residential markets. In this role, you'll develop and execute targeted regional sales strategies, build a high-performing channel partner ecosystem, and convert UV application requirements into compelling, tailored solutions for industrial & Residential customers. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful commercial impact within a high-growth segment — spanning Drinking water, Food & Beverage, pharmaceutical, and mining markets — while advancing your career within a global water quality leader.
