HITACHI ENERGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Power Conversion Solutions to lead sales of utility-scale storage and solar projects across Australia and Southeast Asia. You will drive regional GTM strategies, build strong relations with developers, utilities, IPPs, and EPCs, and guide proposals through to bid.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in technical sales or business development in energy storage or related technologies.
Proven success selling to developers, system integrators, utilities, IPPs, and EPCs in multimillion-dollar projects.
Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle sales for utility-scale storage and solar projects in Australia and Southeast Asia.
Develop regional go-to-market strategies and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
Support technical evaluations, proposals, and bid processes to win projects.
Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events and manage pipeline forecasting.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and Hitachi Energy values.
