How you’ll make an impact
  • You will lead full‑cycle sales efforts for utility‑scale storage and solar projects, build strong relationships with developers, system integrators, utilities, IPPs, and EPCs.
  • You will develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies, collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions and support technical evaluations, proposals, and bid processes.
  • You will represent Hitachi Energy at key industry events and forums, drive pipeline management and forecasting with precision, and position PCS as a trusted, high‑quality solution provider.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • You will live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Your background
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • More than 5 years in technical sales or business development in energy storage or related technologies.
  • Proven success selling into developers, system integrators, utilities, IPPs, and EPCs in multimillion‑dollar levels, with a strong network in the utility‑scale PV and storage markets.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of power systems and grid interconnection.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
