Transport for NSW in Coffs Harbour, NSW, seeks a Permanent Full-Time Civil Engineer to lead regional road maintenance projects. You will manage delivery programs, coordinate with teams and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality and cost effectiveness.

The role requires site attendance across the region and a four-year civil engineering degree, with travel as needed. This in-person role emphasizes hands-on delivery and infrastructure reliability, contributing to NSW

Competenze

Infrastructure or maintenance project delivery experience or exposure.
Knowledge of road, bridge or transport infrastructure construction/maintenance practices.
Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Join the Regional Road Network Maintenance team to support delivery of maintenance programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to plan, prioritise and deliver works across the Mid North Coast district.
