Aurizon is seeking an experienced leader to engage and enable front-line teams at the Jilalan Wagon facility, delivering safely on operational performance. You will work rotating shifts, guide teams in continuous improvement, and ensure resources and tools are in place for safe, high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Trade qualification in Mechanical and/or Metal Fabrication & Welding.
• Strong leadership and inclusive team-building experience.
• Experience with planned work and labour-to-task allocation.
• Ability to build professional relationships with peers and teams.
• Proven peer-to-peer relationship management skills.
• Commitment to company values and safety.
• Tertiary Frontline Management qualifications are a plus.
• Experience with rolling stock maintenance is advantageous.
• High commitment to safety and proactive safety systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (tests, references, medical).
