V/Line seeks a Fleet Strategy and Planning Lead to shape the future of its regional rolling stock capability and support long-term growth across regional Victoria. You will develop and deliver medium to long-term fleet strategies, identify gaps, and provide evidence-based recommendations to align with operational goals.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategies within a transport, logistics or asset-intensive environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, explore underlying causes and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in rolling stock, fleet management, asset management, transport operations or related industries.

• Develop and deliver medium to long-term fleet strategies to meet future service requirements.
• Identify current and future fleet gaps and propose strategic initiatives.
