Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Venue Manager (or roles at Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager level) to manage pubs and venues across Rockhampton and regional Queensland. You will lead, develop and motivate venue teams, apply food/beverage and gaming operational knowledge, and drive KPI performance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a busy hospitality environment with strong commercial awareness and relevant RSA, RSG, and RMLV qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role.
