Job summary

Regis Aged Care seeks a Regional Property Supervisor to lead facility operations across Victoria and Tasmania, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable homes.

You will oversee infrastructure, essential services, and asset management, while coordinating with Operations, Property, Finance and Quality teams to align on asset strategy and risk. Travel between sites is required. Aged care regulatory familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in facilities management within aged care, healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong technical understanding of building services and safety systems.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance and contractor works.
• Ability to interpret technical reports and compliance documentation.
• Proven ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role

As Regional Property Supervisor, you will provide senior facility operational and technical leadership across a portfolio of aged care homes in Victoria and Tasmania, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, reliable and fit for purpose. You will oversee building infrastructure, essential services, contractor performance, maintenance delivery, statutory compliance and asset management systems, while supporting practical, resident-focused property outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ facilities management experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living, accommodation, commercial property or another regulated environment
• Strong technical understanding of building services including: HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, fire and life safety, nurse call, security, access control and building fabric
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor works, asset condition information and facility risks
• Confidence interpreting technical reports, scopes, quotes, specifications, compliance certificates and service documentationStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Current driver’s licence, right to work in Australia and ability to travel between sites as required
